We believe families deserve to know exactly what they are paying for. Our pricing structure is straightforward, and we are happy to discuss costs in full during your initial consultation.
we operate as a fully managed introductory care agency that matches experienced self-employed carers to clients. our basic rate of 1050 includes carer fee, carer training , vetting and carer transport to and from your home aswell as our agency recruitment and carer replacement costs . Higher care costs are assessed on a case by case basis such as with complex care and advanced dementia. Additional costs You will need to budget for are food for carer and client aswell as home heating and electric bills.
Care package is reassessed annually in line with changing client needs.Overall, we aim to keep private care costs lower than a care home which typically costs €1500 for a single supplement room or a large agency which usually costs about €1700pw + VAT. Our weekly fee is VAT inclusive. We have no additional charges for package set up fees and client assessment. As yet, the fair deal scheme is not available for homecare but monthly tax deductions of 20% or 40% are available on Income tax.

Families should also budget for normal household running costs, as the carer lives in the home:

We aim to keep total combined costs — care fees plus household expenses — comparable to residential nursing home care, while delivering significantly more personalised support.

Some providers advertise lower weekly rates online. It is worth checking whether these cover all seven days, the full 24-hour period, and comprehensive management and support. Our contracts are based on full 24/7 live-in care.
Care homes in Ireland can cost approximately €1,500 per week or more. For a cost often similar to — or lower than — residential care, our service provides one-to-one dedicated care in the comfort of your loved one’s own home.
How the Fees Work
We operate as a fully managed introductory service. Carers work directly with families on a self-employed basis and are paid a fixed weekly rate. Our management fee is taken from the overall weekly charge after carer costs are met. This structure ensures full transparency.
Any additional costs — for example, specialist training, emergency cover, or travel in exceptional circumstances — will always be discussed with families in advance.
