Circadian Live-In Care is a small, independent Irish company specialising in live-in care introductions.
We take the time to understand each family’s circumstances before introducing the right independent carers, and help build an arrangement that works for everyone involved — the individual, their family, and the carer.
We cover all of Ireland, including rural and remote areas often underserved by larger providers.
Every introduction we make is guided by the same principles: trust, respect, clear communication, and a genuine understanding of the individual’s routine and way of life.

Every introduction starts with a conversation — understanding the individual’s requirements, preferences, and the kind of carers they’d feel most comfortable with. We vet each carer carefully, including confirming they hold appropriate, up-to-date care training and qualifications.
We offer two ways to work with us:
- Ongoing subscription — continued access to our network, with carers introduced over time as needs and circumstances change.
- One-off introduction — a single carer introduced, for a flat one-time fee.

Our aim is to carefully consider each individual's requirements, experience and preferences when introducing a suitable carer.
PRICING OVERVIEW
Good Value, with Transparent Pricing
Subscription: €899/month including 3+ carer introductions across your initial 6-month term, then further introductions arranged as needed on a rolling monthly basis- no long term commitment .
One-off introduction: €1,200 for a single carer introduction.
In both cases, the carer’s own weekly fee (typically from around €840/week) is agreed directly between the family and the carer, and is separate from Circadian’s fee.
Your initial assessment is free — introductions are included as part of your subscription or covered by the one-off fee.
The exact cost depends on the individual’s care requirements and the arrangement agreed directly between the family and carer.
