Assessment Process
From First Call to Care in Place
We begin with an initial phone or online consultation to understand your situation and the type of live-in care arrangement you’re looking for. Following this, we can arrange a home visit to discuss your requirements and assess the suitability of the proposed arrangement — free of charge and without obligation.
We aim to introduce a suitable carer and establish the proposed arrangement as efficiently as possible, often within approximately three weeks of first contact, depending on your location, requirements and carer availability.
STEP 1
Initial Consultation
A confidential phone or video call. We listen, answer your questions and explain how our live-in care introduction service works. We discuss your loved one’s requirements, the home environment and the type of carer you’re looking for.
There’s no pressure and no commitment to proceed.
STEP 2
In-Home Assessment
We can visit your home to discuss your requirements and assess the suitability of the proposed arrangement.

Carer Matching

We provide you with information about suitable carers for your consideration, allowing you and the carer to discuss the proposed arrangement before deciding whether to proceed.
Care Begins
Once the family and carer have agreed to proceed, the carer moves into the home and the live-in care arrangement begins.
The carer is directly engaged by the family and provides support in accordance with the arrangement agreed between the family and carer.
Circadian remains available to the family for questions and guidance relating to the introduction and the ongoing arrangement.
