Who We Are
Circadian Live In Care is a not-for-profit, community-led organisation delivering specialist live-in care across Ireland. Our mission is simple: to provide high-quality, person-centred care that allows individuals to remain in their own homes for as long as possible.
We believe care should be personal and relationship-based, consistent and reliable, respectful of individual routines and dignity, and accessible and fairly priced.
A Better Alternative
Many families feel they have no option but to place loved ones into residential care, simply due to lack of alternatives. While care homes can offer good facilities, they often cannot provide the same level of one-to-one attention and continuity that live-in care makes possible.
Circadian Living Care was created to offer a genuine alternative — one that places the individual at the centre, supports their home, and prioritises their quality of life.

We operate as a not-for-profit organisation with no shareholders and no profit extraction. Our governance is community-focused, and all surplus funds are reinvested into:
• Expanding access to quality care
• Supporting families who cannot meet the full cost independently
• Sustainable community projects
• Affordable housing initiatives linked to care needs
Directors remain unpaid. Staff salaries are capped in line with comparable public sector roles. Carers are paid above-average rates to attract and retain experienced, dedicated professionals.
OUR EXPERIENCE
Grounded in Real-World Care
Our Care Manager has worked in the care sector since 2017, across the full range of care settings — community care, residential care, specialist nursing environments, and live-in care — in both the UK and Ireland.
This experience includes supporting adults with learning disabilities, older people, individuals at end of life, and those with complex neurological conditions such as MS, Huntington’s disease, and acquired brain injuries. It encompasses sole working, large team environments, introductory agencies, regulated services, charities, and direct family employment.
This breadth of experience means we understand — from the inside — what makes care excellent and what causes it to fall short. It is what drives our commitment to a different, better model.
