1.1 Service Disclaimer

Circadian Live In Care provides introductory services, helping families identify and establish live-in care arrangements with independent carers. We do not provide medical, nursing, or clinical care services.

1.2 No Medical Advice

Any information provided by Circadian Live In Care is for general and introductory purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Clients should consult appropriately qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions, treatment or clinical care.

1.3 Independent Carers

All carers introduced through Circadian Live In Care are independent professionals. The care arrangement is entered into directly between the family and the independent carer.

Circadian Live In Care does not employ the carer or provide the care itself.

1.4 Accuracy of Information

We take reasonable steps to ensure that information provided by us is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all information provided by third parties.

1.5 Liability Limitation

Once a care arrangement is entered into directly between a family and a carer, Circadian Live In Care is not responsible for the acts or omissions of that carer in providing care.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for loss or damage arising from our own introduction or vetting service is limited to the total fees paid by the family to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our own negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Irish law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

1.6 Safeguarding Statement

We take safeguarding seriously and may report concerns to relevant authorities or other appropriate organisations where required or appropriate.

1.7 Changes to This Document

We may update this document from time to time. Updated versions will be published with a revised date.
