Assessment Process
From First Call to Care in Place
We begin with an initial phone or online consultation to understand your situation and care needs. Following this, our Care Manager will visit your home anywhere in Ireland to carry out a full in-person assessment — free of charge and without obligation.
We aim to have care fully arranged within approximately two weeks of first contact, depending on your location and individual requirements.

Care Begins
Once the placement is confirmed, the carer moves in and care begins. We remain closely involved — monitoring, reviewing, and adjusting the care plan as needs evolve. Families have direct access to the Care Manager throughout.
