Every introduction is tailored to the individual. Carers we introduce are experienced in areas such as:
- Personal care — washing, dressing, toileting, continence support
- Medication support — administration, and coordinating with pharmacists and GPs
- Meal preparation — suited to dietary needs and preferences
- Mobility assistance — including hoists and mobility aids
- Companionship and emotional support
- Accompanying outings, appointments, and social activities
- Monitoring and reporting on day-to-day wellbeing
- Liaising with the family’s chosen healthcare professionals, as needed
