Every placement is tailored to the individual’s care and support plan. Typically, care includes:
• Personal care — washing, dressing, toileting, continence support
• Medication support — administration, coordination with pharmacists and GPs
• Meal preparation — aligned with dietary needs and preferences
• Mobility assistance — including use of hoists and mobility aids
• Companionship and emotional support — sitting, talking, and listening
• Support with outings, appointments, and social engagement
• Proactive monitoring of health and wellbeing
• Liaison with healthcare professionals as required
